Bạn sẽ làm những gì khi tham gia?

Recruitment Intern will have chances experiencing in supporting HR Dept., especially Recruitment team with main tasks as listed below.

Internship Duration: 3 months
Input candidates' data and new job orders into sourcing database
Assist the recruitment process: post job advertisements, screen CV, phone screening, schedule interviews.
Assist in administrative tasks
Develop a database of candidates to make sure all vacancies are ready to fulfill.
Coordinate company's events organized by HR Department
Contribute ideas and suggestions to employer branding, employee engagement activities
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Những ai có thể tham gia?

Can work full time & start ASAP
Third-year Students or Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's degree (Major in HR/Business is a plus)
Have a passion for HR;
Being able to design on Canvas or Adobe Collection is a plus.
Good data searching and mining skills;
Comfortable networking with others, strong teamwork and supportive spirit;
Good at communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Proficient in MS offices, especially Excel.
