This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
*Responsibilities:*
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, networking, job fairs, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes and credentials to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest in the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting reference checks and coordinating background checks.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
