Mô tả công việc
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• IT Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates specifically for IT roles, including developers, engineers, and other positions.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, organize and participate in interviews, and manage the candidate selection process.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Yêu cầu
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT roles. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT roles and the skills required for them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Languages: Proficiency in English or Japanese is a plus.
