Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain enterprise talent pool and recruitment channels, allocate and effectively use various resources;
Responsible for recruitment channel related work to meet the recruitment needs of departments;
Responsible to coordinate with departments to revise job descriptions;
Responsible for new employee procedures, contract signing, and regular advertising;
Understand the situation of recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, talent exchange centers, headhunting companies, intermediary agencies, etc., and establish a good cooperative development relationship on the basis of evaluating their effectiveness;
Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
