- Coordinate with HR manager to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria, Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Conduct new employee on boarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
