Job tasks and responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
- File and manage our existing information database and customer relationship management system
- Identify and reach out to suitable stakeholders through various channels
- Support clients throughout their application process
- Provide regular updates to managers on the progress of ongoing workflows
- Maintain clear communication with clients and all relevant parties to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow
- Fulfill other tasks and projects assigned by managers.
