Mô tả Công việc
Task 1:
Responsible for developing annual worker recruitment plan, employees and management positions based on current operation and future demands; ensure human resources to perform production and business needs.
- Develop headcount policy
- Responsible for researching and analyzing the labor market to come up with recruitment strategy and TMI brand development.
- Have a plan to build human resources to meet the business demands in the future.
Task 2:
-Reponsible for traning plan based on business direction including:Internal & external programs
- Responsible for developing internal training materials and internal trainers
- Research, develop training system to monitor, evaluate training results
Task 3:
- Responsible for developing and updating policies, procedures, regulations ... related to recruitment and training to ensure compliance with the law, customer requirements and company business's demand
- Implement and supervise internal audit activities and be responsible for customer audit activities.
- Coporate to implemente HR strategy projects to ensure compliance with customer requirements and business strategy.
Task 5:
- Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly and annualy budget
- TMI operation report & training recruitment report
- Other duties assigning by Senior Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Good at English
Certificate in Human Resource Management
Well versed with Vietnam labor law, knowledge at labor market
- At least 3 years of HR & Training & Recruitment manager experience in companies which have more than 3,000 employees
- Best practices and customer's standards in garment industry
