Mô tả công việc
Position Overview: As a Refrigeration Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our refrigeration solutions to commercial and industrial clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering effective sales presentations. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine engineering knowledge with sales skills, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their refrigeration requirements and challenges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of refrigeration technologies, including but not limited to commercial refrigeration systems, cold storage, and industrial cooling solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in selecting the most suitable refrigeration solutions for their specific needs.
- Prepare comprehensive and customized proposals based on customer requirements.
- Clearly communicate the technical features, benefits, and value proposition of our refrigeration solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of sold projects.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement and innovation.

Yêu cầu
o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field.
o Minimum 3 years working experience in sales & marketing/ project management with HVAC or any M&E products in related fields.
o Good English communication skills, Chinese communicate is preferred.
o Proven experience in sales, preferably in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
o Strong technical acumen and the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
o Minimum 3 years working experience in sales & marketing/ project management with HVAC or any M&E products in related fields.
