Mô tả công việc
Partner with the sales teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and support the adaptation of global activation strategies.
Assist in the execution of business activation programs, and provide support to the regional teams.
Contribute to the development and delivery of business enablement resources, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regional needs.
Assist in the collection and analysis of program performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with stakeholders and central go-to-market teams, ensuring the alignment and progress updates.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with program management and sales enablement or activation strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of experience in sales operations, program coordination, or a related field.
Experience with business activation methodologies and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fluid environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with the stakeholders.
