JOB PURPOSES:
We are currently expanding our operations in the SEA market and seeking a Regional Assistant Brand Manager. This position will report to Regional Marketing Manager and collaborate with Brand Managers to support and execute strategic plan as whole year and mid-year brand plan which range from environmental analysis and NPD, communication campaign in the APAC markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New product management and development
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the regional markets, the environment in which the category competes.
- Study and evaluate the feasibility of the new product development against aligned brands global team priorities.
2. Exporting marketing development and execution
- Collaborate with Sales Export Manager and agencies in the exporting markets in the digital activities and the POSM deployment.
- Support the Regional Marketing Managers on product portfolio management and marketing expense management.
3. Existing product management
- Support the Brand Managers on product portfolio management and marketing expense management.
- Work closely with local marketing teams in the execution of digital activities to deliver strategically sound messages and standard un line with global communication strategy.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with agencies to support communication plan.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh candidates are welcome; marketing experience is an advantage.
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time.
- Good level of attention to detail, high organized, and good analysis skills.
- Be pro-active, optimistic, and able to work under pressure.
- Have good communication in Vietnamese and English.
