At Novus Fintech, you will:
Search for new business opportunities by identifying and building relationships with potential customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Research and develop new business opportunities, including target markets, products, services, and distribution channels.
Identify and evaluate new customer opportunities through market research, industry events, and personal networks.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers of the Company.
Negotiate and sign contracts, work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of agreed-upon solutions.
Prepare and present to potential customers, partners, and investors.
Attend industry events and trade shows to generate new customer opportunities and develop relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising materials, website content, and social media campaigns.
Contribute to the development of annual sales plans and budgets.
Monitor sales progress against targets and report results to senior management.
Perform other duties as required to support business development.

Yêu cầu công việc
For the position you are interested in, we have a few small requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business development or Marketing field.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, with good time management and organizational skills.
Experienced in developing the Southeast Asian market
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and use new software and systems.
Able to travel as required.
English proficiency level of IELTS 7.0
Preference for candidates with experience working in the technology/banking industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business development or Marketing field.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
