Responsibilites
Develop and support relationships with new and existing distributors.
Business planning recommendations, product development, technical coordination and communication alignment.
Business support in Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Provide support on our product portfolio to distributor sales team including dual calling.
Conduct product training for distribution and end users.
Participate in trade shows, research/technical meetings.
Minimum 40% travel extensively outside of home country.
Develop, maintain, and utilize sales tools such as CRM and Account Plans to provide accurate information of channel contacts and developments
Coordinate region activities with other support functions within the organization in headquarter, such as customer service, credit, technical services, and marketing.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in one of the following areas: Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Livestock Science, Ag Finance, Ag Marketing or degree with equivalent experience in the Livestock industry.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Livestock - feed or equivalent industry preferably with people and/or distributor management experience.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Proven track record of achieving top line sales growth and profitability

Vietnamese and English communication, written and spoken. Other relevant
languages a benefit especially Chinese.
