* Responsibilities:
- Review all journal entries as revenues, expenses of each property (Hanoi, Hoi An, Hue, Sai Gon...).
- Preparing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Review payroll calculation which is prepared by the HR department before submitting to CA/ RAH.
- Preparing and processing payroll.
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing financial data and making recommendations based on findings, especially on expense.
- Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Assisting with audits and other accounting-related projects.
- Manage communications with RA Heads and other regional managers on processes that may impact financial reporting.
*Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or any finance-related course.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant is highly recommended.
- Sufficient knowledge in International Accounting Standards.
- Sufficient knowledge in International Auditing Standards.
- Exposure in the hospitality industry and familiarization with USALI.
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning with emphasis on system migration and implementation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Office tools.
- With adept social skills for collaboration with a regional team.
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
- Speaks well in English.
- Works independently with minimum supervision.
