Mô tả công việc
Team and Role Introduction:
-As data PMO for implementation of Lazada Group's Commercial Strategy (Electronics) you will work to drive and mobilize execution and implementation of Electronics strategy and initiatives across Lazada Group's six ventures.
-This will include leading coordination and management of successful implementation of commercial initiatives, working with relevant functions (e.g. commercial, marketing, user growth, logistics)
-In the role, you will work receive direct exposure to management across Lazada Group as well as regional and local working teams to drive through to completion realization of both quick win and long-term initiatives and opportunities.
-The ideal candidate will have prior experience in complex data management and is able to navigate multi-stream projects, possess a strong ability to problem solve, structure organize, and plan effectively, have a high level of initiative and drive
Responsibilities:
-The data PMO is responsible for the end-to-end success of the project through its life cycle, through planning, execution, and close to ensure implementation and results are achieved in the target timeframe, including:
-Leverage internal and external data resources to enhance regional category strategy; follow up with local venture execution; and ensure completion of commercial targets
-Work across functions, teams, and ventures to deliver implementation success according to defined milestones and timeline - collaborating with respective leads to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives
-Set up project planning, management, and timeline for implementation - including key milestones, process and template for progress / status tracking and updates, and define cadences of reviews
-Lead and manage cadence of progress review and meetings for initiative implementation and progress across relevant regional and local PICs, including the updating of status, progress, and results across key implementation milestones
-Proactively identify and escalate key blockers with relevant parties to ensure on-track and timely implementation
-Measure, monitor and track implementation results (with BI team) in terms of commercial performance (GMV, sellers, order/buyer), plan resources and budget as needed
-Manage and update key stakeholders on progress and status regularly in regular business review

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-Bachelor's or Masters Degree in related fields (i.e. Business, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Engineering)
-5-10 years of working experience preferred (e-commerce, business development, consulting/finance, or management is preferred but not required)
-Prior experience in project delivery, and coordinating across and working with different functions to manage and deliver projects
-High ownership and attention to detail, with an action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
-Strong analytical and technical skills with familiarity in analyzing and working with data for business decision making, and documentation for communication
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to work with, lead, and manage others
-Strong team spirit and desire to deliver concrete impact
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
-The ideal candidate will possess excellent influencing skills and have experience in realizing and driving forward a cohesive program of work, with the ability to resolve interdependencies across the company
-The job holder is expected to have experience of successfully leading multi-stream projects, delivering coherent, practical, and 'bought in to' solutions
-The jobholder will also be an effective, experienced communicator capable of representing the PMO internally across a variety of stakeholders - and will be meticulous, process-driven and have first class organizational capabilities
-Bachelor's or Masters Degree in related fields (i.e. Business, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Engineering)
