Job Responsibilities
1. Seize RTM Opportunities to grow:
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager & Commercial Team to develop Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation
Develop a solid & optimal RTM strategy including of Urban and Rural Approach by using the new IT system continue to explore opportunity areas for growth
Build process & guideline for RTM capability and deliver training
Implement the optimal "RTM strategy" including Execution Management Surveys, Report, Routines, RTM Models, RTM Toolkits, RTM Dashboard, Distribution Development and Management Dashboard
Design, update & ensure RTM Execution guidelines for salesforce are followed as designed
2. Enhance Sales Effectiveness:
Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor infrastructure, route standard, monthly coverage plan (MCP) and the sales force span of control
Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance following ACE dashboard
Conduct financial analysis ROI of RTM process for key stakeholders, and control system in place to get region compliance on distributor management
Maximize Salesforce Effectiveness by setting up sales policies/ programs (target setting/ monthly KPIs and incentives; sales force rewards & performance boosting programs; and Distributor models & roadmap) and improvement activities in sales force structure and sizing; route planning
Lead Sales Deployment agenda and Route to Market projects (sales execution processes & field effectiveness tools of trade) to work with multi partnerships to accelerate the growth of FCV in the market
3. Ensure the quality of sales execution by acting as an internal auditor

Yêu cầu
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:
Bachelor degree, major in Business or related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales. Highly prefer experience in Route to Market or GT Sales positions from FMCG
Have understanding of Salesforce & Route-to-market (RTM) management, productivity analysis, improvement across salesforce & intermediaries. Have understanding of DMS system is a plus
Soft skills required: Strong in data analysis; strong verbal & written communication and negotiation
Be flexible to travel and adaptable to constantly changing environment
Have a good command of English is a plus
