Regional Sales Director

Company Profile: International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global well-known automation solutions provider. Our client, the corporation with over sixty years of history, is seeking a sales leader with at least 5 years of team management experience, for the job of Regional Sales Director.
Job Summary: Reporting to Regional Managing Director, the Sales Director will be responsible for sales target of Asian countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preferably based in Vietnam and responsible for sales in Asian countries
- Drive and support business development of distributors together with the local sales teams in the region
- Develop business strategies for sales, marketing to achieve sales, profit target and increase the market share.
- Visit existing and prospect customers to widen client base and grow the potential for sales activities.
- Determine the client's needs to make the sales forecast, propose products, as well as ensure the delivery schedules
- Train & assist customer about technical information and application of products; about the question related to company policy on terms of business.
- Conduct market intelligence to develop the business strategies.
- Make positive suggestions for improvement to systems, procedures and policies to improve company productivity and performance.
- Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
