Mô tả công việc
1. Sales Management & Profitability:
- Manage SG&A (Selling expense, general & administrative expense) both direct and allocated costs.
- Delivery of Regional Revenue targets by month/ quarter/ yearly.
- Increase the selling Outlets as per company goals.
- Increase productivity per outlet as per company goal.
- Develop and support the distribution channel; contribute to the planning and implementing the sales strategy align with each regional strategy.
- Ensure the distributor implement strictly the distribution contract
- Set clear kpi/ objectives for distributor's sales team. , track the execution daily and have timely solution if necessary.
- Ensure available and sufficient resource of inventory, POSM and sales tools at the sub distributor warehouse.
- Ensure effective implementation of agreed retail and consumer promotional program from Master dealer.
2. Development of effective sales methodologies and processes;
3. Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities:
- Development and implementation of a high performance sales culture & improve productivity;
- Responsible for monitoring, training and coaching sales staff( internal& external) to ensure a 100% KPI delivery and have uniform standard of the sales and distribution function and to achieve company assigned targets.
- Conduct regular route ridings and staff appraisal on the basis key performance areas and work specifically with sales staff on areas identified for improvement on selling and merchandising skills in general.
- Developing talents in the sales and operations team;
- Recruiting sales and sales support talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability;
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers.
- Create and maintain retail dominance in all outlets with assigned territory.
5. Consistently seek to expand down-line distribution through effective servicing plan and feedback to Director of Sales & Marketing department for improvement as and when necessary.
6. Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.
