Regional Security Manager

People:
- Ensure Security and safety of employees and staffs of third parties that come to work at stores
- Ensure Security and safety of customers and suppliers
- Follow and manage the shrinkage and loss rate.
- Set up processes of how (1) customers, (2) store staff and management team and (3) third party staff that come to stores to work (e.g PGs, cleaning staff) according to which people orderly leave and enter stores
- Work closely with training teams to train employees on security and safety measures
Asset Safety:
- Work closely with fire fighting agencies to ensure necessary licences, evacuation process, training and equipment are in place.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure asset safety of supplies - record keeping, producers and systems
- Ensure the flow of goods IN and OUT the store in compliance with procedure e.e. from receiving yard to storage to customers without any fraud
- Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security measures, in particular against shoplifting, theft, burglary, piferage, robbery, fraud or any other site specific criminal actions.
- Help to control if all security and safety equipment are working and in proper condition CCTV , alarm system , EAS , etc....
Communicate with police in necessary case
Help for implemented the Ethic and anti fraud procedures.
Help and do investigations if any cases are discover.
Manage the Security Team at store level
Help to recruit Security manager and others internal security staff
Train the internal security team to security and safety standard of the company.
Help to select the external security company
Evaluate the external security company.
Participate to the control of the internal and external security .
Control the Store.
Make Security and Safety visit ( according to planning ) and report any risks , issues and propose an action plan (Solutions to solve the problem ) according to the strategy of the head of security group Vietnam
Make Security and safety audit according to the tools and also the planning given by the Head of security group Vietnam
Once a year with the support of Head of security group Vietnam . Make a complete risk assessment of all site for all BU.
Crisis manamgement
Train the Security team and store manager to report any event or accidents with the standard alert message.
Train the security team and store manager to the Crisis management SOP.
Assist them by phone or video or on site during crisis.
Cash management:
- Work closely with Head of Cashier to ensure the secure flow of cash
- Work with external suppliers like bank on the flow of cash
Public relations:
- Liase with local, regional and national authorities for example police, firefighters and government agencies
Disponibilities .
Be able to answer to phone or messagerie Telegram at any time.
Participate to any meeting done by head of Security Vietnam
Participate to the weekly meeting done by head of security Vietnam
Follown any new process or procedures or strategies validated by the Head of security vietnam
