Regulatory Affairs Officer

- Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements for company's products in Vietnam, including but not limited to the registration of new products, prolongation, re-registration, renewal, variations and general maintenance of the registered product portfolio;

- Liaise closely with competent state organs and relevant agencies to follow up the progress of applications and to have necessary action for getting approval in timely manner;

- Providing regulatory advice on interpretation of the related registration regulations in force, and practical guidance on regulatory mechanisms to optimize product registrations;

- Responsible for providing high quality and accurate translations, proof-reading and interpretations;

- Cooperate with other departments of the company for registration activities;

- Manage the documentation of registration dossiers and all relevant documents in line with company's policies, procedures and requirements.
