Regulatory Affairs Officer

- Manage for the company's product licenses by monitoring, updating, renewal, and following to ensure that the goods are imported successfully and in alignment with the legal requirement, Company's policies, procedures;
- Register licenses in MARD (Livestock, Fisheries, and Vet drugs), and Food field to ensure that the goods are imported successfully and in alignment with the requirement.
- Be responsible for the annual renewal of licenses and any changes to issued licenses in MARD and Food
- Follow, study, and communicate all updates/changes in relating regulatory in MARD, Food, and other relevant regulatory
- Assist Senior RA's tasks as required, such as chemical regulations, and customs regulations, reviewing HS CODE databases, controlling ISO documents.
- Provide risk analysis of RA to the management team with up-to-date information regarding all laws and regulations affecting registration and company business
