WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborate with the rest of the DevOps team to help design solutions for our customers across a myriad of different projects and technologies
Setting up monitoring and alerting tuning
Day-2 operations
Setting up disaster recovery procedures
Designing and setting up CI/CD pipelines
On-cloud Infrastructure automation
Help with Infrastructure & Security
R&D on new technologies

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2+ years is the minimum, the higher, the better
From the technical point of view
- Experience writing production code and unit tests in one of our back-end languages: [protected info]
- Work experience in AWS or certification (associate or professional)
- Work experience in the following AWS services: Lambda, AWS API Gateway, SNS, SQS queue, Step functions, Event Bridge, S3, SES
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
- Microservices or event driven architecture.
- Database: AWS DynamoDB (or NOSQL), AWS Aurora, RDS Postgres, Apollo
- Experience building CI/CD pipeline: Gitlab, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Monitoring and Alerting
From the behavioural point of view:
- Good communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
- An interest in owning project and outlining deliverables.
- A proactive attitude to improve and help others.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written skills.
