Collaborate within a dynamic product/platform team consisting of a product manager, architect, tech leads, designers, and fellow developers to craft compelling, user-centric solutions, platform enhancements, applications, and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of farming communities worldwide. This includes addressing the requirements of farmers, off-takers, retailers, dealers, markets, and all other stakeholders within the agricultural ecosystem.
Engage actively in every stage of the product development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to full-fledged market deployment, and refine and enhance solutions post-launch through iterative improvements.
Foster close partnerships with stakeholders to ideate and implement novel features and products, while also refining existing offerings to ensure ongoing optimization.

Yêu cầu

About 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript for Frontend/Mobile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adhering to industry-leading software engineering best practices.
Proficiency in common data structures, design patterns, and design tools, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Extensive experience in developing well-architected and engineered front-end applications for mobile. (Web platform would be a plus).
Expert knowledge in building cutting-edge mobile apps with front-end framework React Native, and a proven track record of publishing several apps.
Must have/Hands-on experience in handling Android and iOS native development, building custom RN libraries, along with expertise in build, deployment & publishing processes for App & Playstores (Fastlane build automation, and firebase distribution knowledge would be a plus).
Well-versed in modern software project management practices, including source code control using Git, API development, cloud platforms integration, test-driven development, continuous integration tools like CircleCi and Jenkins, and comprehensive documentation.
Solid understanding of unit and integration testing methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jest and RTL, and emphasizing the creation of reusable code and libraries for future projects.
Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior software engineers, fostering their growth, and building a clean/stable code base.
