What You'll Do:
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via phone calls using a provided, organized contact list
• Accurately and clearly record respondents' answers and comments
• Attend a briefing/training session before starting to ensure you are fully prepared before starting
Yêu cầu
What We're Looking For:
• No prior working experience is required
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, including excellent listening and comprehension.
• Comfortable speaking / engaging with strangers professionally over the phone.
• Able to work efficiently and independently, consistently following project instructions.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
