Remote Technical Support Lead Nightshift JavaScript

• Lead, mentor and train Technical Support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and workload distribution to ensure efficient and effective support coverage.
• Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues related to technical, ensuring timely and accurate troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Act as an escalation point for challenging customer inquiries, providing expert-level assistance and guidance to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, discuss improvements and resolve customer issues.
• Continuously monitor customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Handle tickets to support customers.

• Strong Technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
• At least 2+ years of technical support lead experience in a software product company.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Good English skills.
• Good at problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good logical thinking.
• Team management and performance management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers remotely or onsite, members and managers
