Provide support to day-to-day operations of product replenishment, including product database and document management, and coordination with buying and merchandising team, to support product management and buying operations effectively, aligning with policies, rules, and business plan.
1. Inventory Management:
Maintain and update replenishment stock levels.
Ensure effective and accurate store inventory management, including product data and related documentation.
2. Goods Preparation:
Pack distribution orders for delivery to stores.
3. Delivery Tracking:
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Stock Shortage Reporting:
Promptly report cases of stock shortages (out of stock) for resolution.
5. Coordination with Departments:
Collaborate with buying, merchandising, warehouse management, and other related departments to support efficient replenishment and supply operations.
Yêu cầu
Education: Vocational degree or equivalent.
Seniority: 0-3 years of experience in related field.
Language: English (preferred).
Office Skills: Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel, Spreadsheet, Microsoft Access, or similar tools.
Other Skills: Communication skills.
Attitude: Be detail-oriented.
