Research & Development Design Quality Engineer

I. MISSION:
Define & develop quality specifications to control design quality/ performance and improve productivity.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
1. Being in charge into New Product Design Quality, Product Developments Quality & Technical Product Document management.
2. Build up testing procedure, document according with standards.
3. Study and apply necessary standards for electrical fan.
4. Provide sharing or training about Quality Standards to other departments.
5. Follow up the new or renewal of certificates for Export and Domestic products (CB Test Certificate, RoHS Directive, Certificate of Conformity, ...).
6. In project development:
a. Follow Groupe SEB Design Quality Procedure to define Environment-Quality-Standard (EQS) documents, Estimate Return Rate (TPP) document, Control Range (TR) & to validate Pilot Run Validation Report (PRV)
b. Create quality documents (EQS, TPP, LUPQ - List Unique Problem Quality, Control range - CTR, Product Quality Control - PQC checklist) to ensure product quality
c. Create testing plan to validate product during development process
d. Understanding for IEC EC60335:1, IEC 60335:2:80 & EN 62233:2008 (IEC 62233:2005)
