Mô tả công việc
1st primary: Focus on Deliver the good service to Guest, company, Travel Agent:
• Processes reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral then response the guest, company, agent...
• Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents, OTA...
• Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the related department as front desk, housekeeping...
• To reconfirm the next day correspondence regarding the correct information such as guests profile, flight details, room preference, credit card number with expiry date, room rates and any pre-arrange limousine airport pick-up, etc.
• Prepare today arrival and handed to reception-one day before the actual arrival.
2nd primary: maintain the operation of Reservations meet with guest expectation, hotel standard:
• To check the last night no-show and cancellation report and follow up
• To check and follow up daily trace to make sure all trace is resolved
• Processes advance deposits on reservations handle to FO make prepayment.
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system.
• Manage group reservations, constant communication with event planner and balancing inventory.
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through upselling.
• To follow up availability and rate charts on TARS and other booking systems / channels.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guest with information and special requested.
• Filing all documentation regarding reservation works.
• To call the supervisor or manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.
• To report all guest comments or complaints.

Yêu cầu
• Areas of study Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Languages essential English (Fluent)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Opera
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Good presentation and influencing skills
• Good communication skills
• Good Time management
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
