Handle room reservation enquiries via phone, email and online booking channels; process bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests accurately in the PMS.
Manage FIT, Group and Event reservations, ensuring all reservation details, payments and guest requests are updated promptly and correctly.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and event operations.
Monitor room inventory, availability and booking status; support occupancy optimization and maximize room revenue through upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate reservation records, prepare reservation reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar position.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Familiar with PMS (Opera is an advantage) and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
