We work closely with our restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed.
About the role
You'll be working directly with our restaurant partners - helping them succeed on the Anh Béo platform, solving day-to-day issues, and making sure they actually enjoy working with us.
This is a hands-on role. You'll spend time both in the office and out visiting restaurants, working closely with owners and staff to improve performance and fix problems quickly.
If you like food, people, and figuring things out on the ground, this role is for you.

What you'll do
• Build strong, practical relationships with restaurant partners
• Support partners with daily issues and platform usage
• Help onboard new restaurants (menu setup, profiles, payments, etc.)
• Visit partners regularly to check quality and spot issues early
• Help restaurants improve their listings, visibility, and sales
• Work with partners to grow their performance on the platform
• Collect feedback and share insights with the team to improve the product and experience

Yêu cầu
What we're looking for
• 1-3 years experience in sales, customer service, F&B, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, practical approach
• Fluent in Vietnamese, with good working English
• Comfortable using apps and digital tools
• Willing to spend time visiting partners across the city
Nice to have:
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or food delivery
