The Restaurant Manager at Esta Saigon is tasked with ensuring a superior dining experience for our guests by effectively managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. As an expert in both culinary and operational facets, your role extends to managing the P&L, overseeing the beverage program, upholding service quality, and leading our dedicated team.
1. Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily operations to guarantee efficiency and seamless service.
2. Service Quality Assurance: Enforce high service standards, developing and implementing SOPs to maintain excellence.
3. Beverage and Service Oversight: Work closely (with the Consultant) to operationalize the beverage strategy. Supervise service and beverage staff, promoting professionalism and commitment to quality.
4. Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently high.
5. Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of restaurant events, enhancing the dining experience.
6. Inventory Control: Manage restaurant and FOH inventory, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing wastage.
7. Financial Management: Handle beverage revenue and FOH expenses, making sure the restaurant achieves profitability targets.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to food safety, service, and operations.
9. Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment, arranging for staff training to boost competence and productivity.
10. Office Work: participate in back-office duties including paperworks, and business functions such as marketing, finance
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality or fine dining.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global food and beverage trends.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Excellent understanding of financial and business principles with a strong focus on ROI.
• Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English and Vietnamese.
