− Develop, organize, and execute business strategies and plans for the restaurant in line with short-term and long-term business objectives;
− Establish standard operating procedures for the restaurant;
− Create appealing promotional programs tailored to specific times of the year to boost restaurant revenue;
− Address and resolve any arising issues or incidents effectively;
− Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery;
− Take responsibility for continuous service improvements in the restaurant;
− Manage and oversee restaurant business activities and provide periodic business performance reports;
− Supervise internal operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and work monitoring;
− Train and develop restaurant personnel;
− Oversee and ensure the proper management of assigned fixed assets;
− Monitor and control costs based on established criteria and budgetary guidelines set by the company;
− Ensure compliance with food safety, fire safety, and other hotel/restaurant standards;
− Perform other tasks as required by direct supervisors.
