Job Summary:
- Lead the front of house team: service standards, training, supervision
- Ensure excellent cleanliness and hygiene is maintained
- Help ensure the restaurant is looking great and the toys are in great condition
- Build great relationships with our regular customers and create new regular customers. You must love getting to know people
- Ensure the birthday parties and special events run 100% perfect
- Support with new ideas for themed promotions and special events. Think, plan and do on fun activities for kids and families
- Assist the owner/director with business related tasks, including meetings, admin, reports and special projects
- Help to build an excellent reputation of Lalina in the neighborhood and city
