Mô tả công việc
Restaurant Relationship Management
• Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurants, addressing any questions, concerns, or feedback.
• Provide Marketing guidance and strategy to assist restaurants in their efforts to attract and retain customers through the Anh Beo platform.
Restaurant Onboarding, Training, and Support
• Identify, recruit, and onboard restaurants that align with Anh Beo's mission and standards.
• Guide restaurant partners through setup, including menu customization, marketing presence, and payment integration.
• Deliver training sessions to ensure restaurants can effectively use the platform and understand its benefits.
• Collect operational and technical issues faced by restaurants and work closely with other internal teams to resolve them quickly.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and escalate to the engineering team as needed.
Performance Monitoring and Auditing
• Regularly monitor restaurant performance through app usage data and end user feedback.
• Conduct regular on-site visits at restaurant partners to ensure maintenance of quality standards for food, service, and facilities.
• Communicate constructive feedback and collaborate with restaurant partners to implement improvements as needed.
Market Insights and Strategy
• Provide feedback to MẬP team and other internal teams about restaurant needs, trends, and potential enhancements to the platform.
• Collaborate with the MẬP team to continuously improve the onboarding process, restaurant policies, and partner experience.

Yêu cầu
Required:
• 2-4 years of working experience in account management, sales, partnership management, or marketing roles.
• Native Vietnamese language.
• Proficient in written and spoken English .
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers and other relevant technology.
• Strong fit with our company values and working culture.
• Comfort with frequent travel and off-site work
Preferred:
• Prior work experience in the food and beverage, food service, restaurant, or bar industries.
• Passion for food!
