Present menus, take orders, and recommend food and beverage items to guests.
Provide efficient service for buffet, à la carte, and other dining operations.
Prepare and maintain table settings, service stations, and dining areas.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is an advantage.
Confident in communicating with guests in English.
Well-groomed appearance, professional attitude, and a positive mindset.
Good communication skills, teamwork, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
