The Role
We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead the operations and business performance of our 700m2 flagship concept store on Lê Lợi Street, Saigon.
As a key strategic leader, you'll drive operational excellence, sales growth, and team performance while ensuring that every customer experiences the warmth, creativity, and authenticity that define the Ginkgo spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance operational efficiency and in-store execution.
Monitor and report sales performance by floor and by team member.
Manage staff allocation, scheduling, and attendance.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver premium service.
Analyze business data and build strategic plans for store development and growth.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store management, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Proven retail leader with hands-on experience managing multi-store operations and high-performing teams
Decisive, accountable, and results-driven with sharp problem-solving and strategic execution skills
Fluent in Vietnamese & English, French is a valuable asset
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and compliance standards.
Market-savvy with strong operational instincts and local insight
Exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset and premium service standards
Tech-proficient, detail-oriented, and relentless in pursuit of excellence
Business-focused with a strong fashion sensibility and the ability to turn brand vision into action.
