A Day in the Life
Reporting to Luxe Brand GM, you will drive retail targets and lead our relevant projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
Sales & Operations: Drive sales targets, manage store budgets, and lead monthly SKU/store forecasting.
Brand DNA & Merchandising: Ensure brand premium standards of store operations and luxury customer service.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with CRM, Education, and Finance to deploy high-impact activations.
We Are Looking For A highly experienced, collaborative leader with strong commercial drive and empathy.
Retail / Trade Activation: Expertise in premium store operations and sales execution.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex data and managing budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication to align with local and regional teams.
Profile: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); fluent in English and Vietnamese.
