Product and Display Management:
Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on product and display issues reported by stores and regional teams to improve product presentation and customer experience.
Problem Solving & Communication:
Analyze reported issues and collaborate with relevant departments to identify solutions and ensure they are effectively implemented across stores.
Regular Tracking & Reporting:
Continuously monitor and track the product displays across retail locations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and common needs are identified for further improvement.
Standards Development & Communication:
Develop clear and actionable operational standards, translating them into simple language and communicating effectively to both store teams and cross-functional teams (XFN).
Implementation of Improvement Standards:
Design and implement targeted process improvements to enhance product display and retail operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
