POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing the retail corner of The Cocoa Project, a key area for brand building and revenue generation. This role ensures a premium shopping experience for our guests, driving sales of our curated selection of chocolate products, merchandise, and brewing equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail area.
Drive retail sales and achieve sales targets.
Provide expert knowledge and guidance to guests on our range of retail products.
Manage retail inventory, including ordering, receiving, and visual merchandising.
Train the retail and service teams on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Ensure the retail area is always clean, attractive, and well-organized.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a premium or specialty retail environment.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A passion for chocolate and a flair for visual merchandising.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Good at English or Japanese (verbal & written)
