Mô tả công việc
Implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy levels.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
Manage inventory and availability across multiple distribution channels to ensure maximum exposure and profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to understand their inventory needs and optimize distribution.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers.
Conduct regular performance analysis and generate reports to evaluate revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and dynamic packaging to drive incremental revenue.

Train and educate hotel partners on revenue management concepts and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends, technology advancements, and market dynamics related to revenue and inventory management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in revenue management, inventory management, or related roles within the hotel industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in revenue management systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and hotel partners.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of distribution channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and global distribution systems (GDS) is preferred.
Familiarity with industry standard revenue management practices and methodologies.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and revenue management software.
English language proficiency is mandatory
Proven experience in revenue management, inventory management, or related roles within the hotel industry.
