Develop and execute revenue, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Analyze market trends, demand, booking pace, and competitor rates.
Prepare revenue forecasts, reports, and pricing recommendations.
Manage reservation operations and system accuracy.
Lead, train, and evaluate the Reservations/Revenue team.
Coordinate with relevant departments to maximize revenue and profitability.
Yêu cầu
Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
Prior experience in Revenue Management is an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
Good communication and customer contact skills.
Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
