Revenue Officer (Financial Analyst) - F/M/X Full-Time 2024

Job Description
Mantu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Officer (Finance Analyst) to join our team in Vietnam. As a Revenue Officer, and under the direct management of the Operational Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial performance, ensuring the group revenue growth by leading several initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage effective revenue recognition policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough audits and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data.
Collaborate closely with various departments to understand and optimize revenue streams and business operations, mainly by enhancing our challenge of rate increase:
Global coordination of the subject.
Weekly/monthly reporting.
Best practices to spread all over the group.
Utilize technology to streamline revenue processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies with a revenue-focused mindset.
Take part in the analysis of our results/performance with the top clients (at group level).
Take part in other transversal initiatives with your manager.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's or above degree in relevant field.
1 - 3 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or similar roles with a strong business orientation.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and systems, showcasing your tech-savvy nature.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially excel, and also AI tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Experience in implementing financial controls and procedures.
Fluent in English, French is not mandatory but would be a strong asset.
