1. Manage robot arm programs across the entire factory and modify them according to production requirements.
2. Make a plan to improve machinery and equipment to effectively serve production.
3. Update, recommend changing equipment, new technical technology to ensure the most efficient operation of machinery.
4. Perform machine improvement projects.
5. Coordinate with production engineers to implement machine improvement.
6. Technical support for the production department to repair and convert production machines to ensure continuous operation to ensure production goals.
7. Conduct On-the-job training and guidance.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from University with a major in Robotics, Automation or related fields.
• For University graduates: at least 1 year of Robotics working experience.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, automation systems, and production machinery.
• Ability to program, modify, and troubleshoot robot arms and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using 3D software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
