The role is responsible for planning and coordinating T&C activities, leading technical teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring rolling stock systems meet safety, quality, and operational requirements before entering service.Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for rolling stock.
- Perform and supervise static, dynamic, brake, traction, door, HVAC, passenger information system, and TCMS testing.
- Review and manage test procedures, method statements, ITPs, commissioning plans, and test reports.
- Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting, and follow up corrective actions.
- Coordinate interface and integration testing between Rolling Stock, Signaling, Electrification, and Track work systems.
- Work closely with Clients, Consultants, EPC Contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Lead technical teams and support training, knowledge transfer, and commissioning handover.
