Role Overview: Lead the testing, commissioning, and system integration of rolling stock for railway/metro projects. The role is responsible for planning and coordinating T&C activities, leading technical teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring rolling stock systems meet safety, quality, and operational requirements before entering service.
Plan, coordinate, and lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for rolling stock.
Perform and supervise static, dynamic, brake, traction, door, HVAC, passenger information system, and TCMS testing.
Review and manage test procedures, method statements, ITPs, commissioning plans, and test reports.
Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting, and follow up corrective actions.
Coordinate interface and integration testing between Rolling Stock, Signaling, Electrification, and Track work systems.
Work closely with Clients, Consultants, EPC Contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Lead technical teams and support training, knowledge transfer, and commissioning handover.
