We're looking for talented and passionate individuals to attend our FREE training program on Ruby on Rails, where you are trained with practical knowledge as well as on job training in real projects and more than that, opportunities to work and improve yourself with us as RoR Developer and more.
Training Program at SCS
Your actions:
Apply your CV (if you're fresh graduates or don't have relevant working experiences, please include your detailed transcript at school)
We will invite you for an interview with the HR team to clear your questions as well as ours
Attend the two months training sessions including theory training and homework (due to the pandemic situation, we will conduct the training online for 4 hours/week, so you need to equip yourself with tools to attend the training at home)
Do the theory testing
If you pass the first test, you will join the On job training sessions with real projects in three months.
Attend the final technical interview
If you pass the interview you will sign a labor contract with us and work immediately with no probation
Requirements:
Fresh graduated or final year students (BA degree in engineering, computer science) or candidates who are interested in RoR
Can commit to work Full-time (5 days/week) during the On job Training as well as after finishing the training
Passionate about web programming (in both front-end and back-end)
Understand standard coding practices such as maintainability, reusability, code reviewing, unit testing, etc
Proactiveness (self-starter), good problem solving skill and fast learning
Good communication skills in English
