· Reminding workers to follow the regulations for labor safety, machine operation, and hygiene during the production process.
· Give workers awareness about the risks and hazards of their work.
· Carrying out first aid for working accident and taking the necessary action to solve the accident.
· Assisting Senior Safety Supervisor in training, supervising and implementing SHE issues at the factory.
· Assessing the risks and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
· Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe.
· Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company.
· Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules.
· Manage, and monitor the personal protective equipment and provide it employee employees in accordance with the PPE provision regulation.
· Check all the machinery, equipment and materials with strict requirement on occupational health.
· Monitoring the job of collecting the hazardous waste.
