Liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
SAFETY SUPERVISOR
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
Oversee and lead the Safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety systems at sites.
Monitor safety and health aspect of all projects and workers safe work practices.
Carry out risk assessment for all projects and maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at site.
Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily tool box meeting.
Plan, Administer and implement safety policy and safety procedures in compliance with local safety regulations.
Implement and maintain proper procedures of WSHE management, administrative and recording system
Conduct team/ individual SHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups
Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training to all employees.
Investigate every incident/ accident and develop preventive measures.

REQUIREMENT
10 years of working experience with the same role & responsibility
Preferrable experience in MNC or Japanese company
Good at English
