- Follow up on newly released orders.
- Follow up with Production departments and get results back to HQ Sales on the same day.
- Work with Production / Shipping departments on a daily basis, and inform HQ Sales immediately of any delays to sales orders.
- Create Replacement / Service Orders.
- Work with Production on customer claims, send back investigation report and action plan to HQ Sales.
- Confirm with HQ Sales any decision made by the factory that may lead to customer complaints.
- Assist HQ Sales in coordinating with factory (Production & Shipping) for various requirements.
- Manage showroom activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Operation Manager.
- College/University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator,
Merchandiser, or Customer Service role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and reporting ability.
- Familiar with production process and logistics is a plus.
- Language: Good English
