Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales
Generate new business leads and convert them into customers
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Planning
Plan and coordinate logistics activities for clients
Work with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws related to logistics
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes
Develop and implement plans to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
Projects
Manage projects from start to finish
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of projects
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for project activities
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for documentation
Work with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Experience in logistics sales or a related field is plus
English Communication (Advantage)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent planning and project management skills
Knowledge of logistics transport regulations and laws is plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, can go to business trip, could work at both Ha Noi and Hai Phong when needed.
