Mô tả công việc
1. General:
- To maintain company standards in hygiene and physical appearance
- Represent the restaurant in a positive manner on and off duty
- Adhered to all regulations and procedures as laid down by the company
- To attend training, meetings as required
- Communicate by following the proper Channel of reporting/ proper manner
- To liaise with other departments on related issues
- To complete all given tasks in a timely manner to adhere to operational hours as needed
- To contribute to the total guest satisfaction of the hotel
2. Human Resources
- Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals.
- Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
- Responsibility to regular training, goals and incentive programs are carried out and all staff receive feedback on performance.
3. Sales planning and strategy
- Develop sales plans and strategies to serve development sales goals and achieve business results.
- Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales.
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; at the same time always update the situation of competitors and new products.
- Support and monitor the implementation of the business plan. Reporting on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before the Board of Directors.
4. Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Building and developing customer system:
- Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the field of F&B
- Taking care and building a mechanism for customers to increase inbound leads and maintain revenue

Yêu cầu
1. SPECIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Level of Education: Bachelor degree or higher (Hospitality Management, Business Administration).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, additional foreign language is preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in F&B is preferred.
- Outstanding office computer skills.
- Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality;
- Proven experience as a Sales Leader, Sales Director or relevant role, having achievements and regularly meeting/exceeding sales.
- Outstanding leadership, communication skills.
2. OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Skills: Persuasion, building team, Staff motivation and on the job coaching;
- Strong administration, planning & organizational skills.
- Pro-active and anticipating problems
